When you notice the shredder is experiencing difficulty shredding, or gets jammed easily, then it's probably time to oil. If you use your shredder occasionally, then oiling your shredder may only be necessary every two months to maintain good performance. Q&A:
Q: The cross-cut paper shredder is jammed. What should I do?
A: Please slide the switch to REV and pull up the paper, after removing the exceed sheets, please shred again. If there is too much paper scraps in the paper feed slot, sliding the switch to FWD mode for a few seconds and then to REV mode for a few seconds. Do this several times and the cutter will be cleaned.
Q: Why is the shredder not working?
A: Please make sure you assemble the head and basket in correct directions first.The front of the shredder head should be aligned with the protruding side of the wastebin.
Q: Why is the number of sheets that can be shredded lower than the maximum number of sheets described?
A: Please check if the paper is damp, contains plastic or too thick. If so, please let the paper dry before shredding, or remove the plastic part.

Very easy to shred
It also holds more paper than my previous shredders before I have to clean it out. And while it is taller than I expected, that surprisingly made it more ergonomic so I didn't have to lean over as much while shredding.
Like It!!!
I feed this thing unopened junk mail and it just effortlessly chews through stuff. So far I am extremely impressed with this machine. My old shredder was a toy in comparison as it could only handle three sheets and I had to remove staples. I'm loving the new found freedom this gives me.
Worth the price!
Well worth the price, best bag for my buck I've had with a shredder. Shred everything I want to shred, and have a big basket to hold what I shred. Bonsaii also has a 1-year warranty, which is why I originally bought it with my past shredder purchases going awry. But I guess it's as they say, if a company is confident in such a long warranty, the product probably isn't going to break quickly!
Not entirely happy
It doesn't shred as finely as I thought. But it gets the job done well.
