🎯 What are the operations to avoid the situation that the shredder machine does not work?

1. Please check whether the shredder head and bin is well installed, without gaps

2. Clean the trash can regularly

3. Regularly clean up the paper debris or jams on the blade

4. To avoid overload use, 30 minutes of continuous use must be cooled for 45 minutes before continuing to use

5. Lubricate the shredder regularly

🎯 What if my shredder paper jam cannot fix itself?

1. Using the reverse function to try and push the paper back out of the shredder

2. Manual Removal: If the jam is still persistent, consider manually removing the paper from the shredder. Use a pair of pliers or tweezers to carefully remove any visible paper stuck in the blades

3. Use shredder oil or lubricant to keep the blades running smoothly. Simply apply a few drops of oil to the blades, turn on the shredder, and run a few sheets of paper through it

🎯 When can I get the package and how much is the shipping cost?

We fulfill orders by FedEx Expedited in 1-2 business days. Normally you can get the package within 2-5 business days after you place the order due to the recent pandemic situation. The shipping cost is free.

🎯 What if I want to cancel or change my order information after I have submitted it?

In an effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible for our customers, orders are shipped within 2 business days after being submitted on the website. If we get the request for cancellation after we dispatch the package, we will issue a partial refund after deducting a handling fee of $5. For the cancellation and changes about your order, please email support@bonsaii.com (Work Time: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EDT Mon - Fri.)

🎯 Can I change the delivery address of my package when it's shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping information once the package is en route. In such case, we recommend you refuse to receive the package and let it return to us. We will resend a new one to the correct address when it's returned.
