🎯 When can I get the package and how much is the shipping cost?

We fulfill orders by FedEx Expedited in 1-2 business days. Normally you can get the package within 7-9 days after you place the order due to the recent pandemic situation. The shipping cost is free.

🎯 What countries do you ship to?

We currently sell retail and deliver packages only in the United States. But we do wholesale and distribution collab globally.

🎯 Can I get a wholesale price and what is the minimum order quantity?

Absolutely. Please contact us by email: icy@bonsenglobal.com if you want to know the wholesale price and the distributor policy.

🎯 Will I receive my package on time if I am not at home?

Orders are mainly shipped by FedEx Expedited and do not require a signature upon delivery. We can change the shipping method if a customer requests to do so beforehand. And If you are not home to accept your package, FedEx will leave the delivery at your home in areas like your front porch, a side door, garage area, or with your leasing office at the driver’s discretion.

🎯 What if I want to cancel or change my order information after I have submitted it?

In an effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible for our customers, orders are shipped within 2 business days after being submitted on the website. If we get the request for cancellation after we dispatch the package, we will issue a partial refund after deducting a handling fee of $5. For the cancellation and changes about your order, please email support@bonsaii.com (Work Time: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EDT Mon - Fri.)

🎯 Can I change the delivery address of my package when it's shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping information once the package is en route. In such case, we recommend you refuse to receive the package and let it return to us. We will resend a new one to the correct address when it's returned.
