Q: The cross-cut paper shredder is jammed. What should I do?

A: Please slide the switch to REV and pull up the paper, after removing the exceed sheets, please shred again. If there is too much paper scraps in the paper feed slot, sliding the switch to FWD mode for a few seconds and then to REV mode for a few seconds. Do this several times and the cutter will be cleaned.

Q: Why is this home office shredder not working?

A1: Please make sure you assemble the head and basket in correct directions first.The front of the shredder head should be aligned with the protruding side of the wastebin.

A2: The shredder machine enters overheating state. This paper shredder with 5 minute nonstop run time with 40 minute cool down after use. Please allow the shredder to cool for at least 40 mins , otherwise it will not work properly.

A3: Paper jams. You can need to press the forward and reverse gears for jam removal at this time.
