Cutter Maintenance:

When you notice the shredder is experiencing difficulty shredding, or gets jammed easily, then it's probably time to oil. If you use your shredder occasionally, then oiling your shredder may only be necessary every two months to maintain good performance. If you use your shredder a lot, however, then your best practices are to oil your shredder every time you empty the waste bin. Get your shredder lubricants by clicking here.

Fastly Q&A:

①Shredder will not operate, how to repair it?

1. Make sure shredder is plugged into power source and the MAIN SwITCH is switched on.

2. Make sure the waste bin is fully inserted into the shredder housing.


②Paper Jams happenes with my paper shreader, what can i do for clearing?

1. Push the switch to 'REV' position to clear the jam.

2. Push the switch to 'AUTO' position to continue shredding.

Notice: Sharp cutter blades! Do not reach underneath the shredder head to remove jammed paper. Serious injury can result.


③Shredder stops while shredding, what's next?

1. Shredder may have reached the maximum duty cycle. Check if the 'Overheat' indicator lights up. If the lights is on, please let the shredder machine rest at least 30 minutes and then test it.

2. Switch off the machine and unplug the shredder from the power source.

3. Allow the motor to cool down.

4. Plug the shredder into power source. Switch on the MAIN SWITCH in back of shredder and push the switch to 'AUTO' position to continue shredding.
