When you notice the shredder is experiencing difficulty shredding, or gets jammed easily, then it's probably time to oil. If you use your shredder occasionally, then oiling your shredder may only be necessary every two months to maintain good performance. A: Emptying the shredder bin is very easy. The top part has a handle that simply lifts off.

A: The security level of this machine is P-3.
Q: Why does it stay on even though it’s on auto?
A: It stays on when it's full--no more room for shreds. If that's not it, maybe you shredded something sticky that's stuck and blocking the sensor. Hope this can help you.

This product was ordered on 11/21/2024 but was delivered on 12/09/2024. When I started it, it stopped working immediately after a lot of smoke came out. A damaged product was sent. Very upset.

Not very good. It stays on continuously until you turn it off. Most shredders turn off automatically after the shredding is completed. Also, when I run just 1 sheet through it at a time, it sounds like the shredder is harboring a bit and struggling to do what should be a simple, easy task.

Works on cardboard FOOD boxes also
Great product A++. I am Very pleased with the performance of it. I originally bought it to shred paper. But I noticed that it will also shred credit cards as well. So I decided to break-down the cardboard boxes that my frozen food came in from Walmart and try them too. Surprisingly it shredded those also with no problem. I'm in a wheelchair, have only my thumb and forefinger on my right arm to work with ONLY and live completely alone. This greatly cuts the amount of trips I have to take to the dumpster. Cuz now I can shred the boxes that my food comes in, Great space saver. I only wish the 'mouth slit' was a little wider but I can't complain as it was designed for paper. But does work on thin cardboard that frozen food is packaged in as well, Love it.✌

I Absolutely love this shredder. It’s the second one I bought from them. What’s better than having one shredde? Having 2 shredder’s. My first one was getting to be about two years old so I have one on standby. At the time they were having a really good sale and there was a coupon. Most likely I’ll buy another one in the future.
