United StatesI’ve gone through a number of shredders in my business. All of them have about the same price as this but much smaller and hardly last. This cross cuts (tiny pieces not strips of paper) and has a lot of space, has a pull out drawer to empty, is on wheels, and has been great to use as I go through years and years of receipts and documents scanning and shredding. I’ve been using it fairly heavily since I bought it and it hasn’t jammed or overheated. In short it’s perfect and easy to use.

United StatesWe have only used this shredder a few times as it was only recently delivered and, so far, so good. It is surprisingly quiet compared to what we were using and does a good job. It fits nicely into a small space and we hope to have a long relationship with it. Thank you.

When you notice the shredder is experiencing difficulty shredding, or gets jammed easily, then it's probably time to oil. If you use your shredder occasionally, then oiling your shredder may only be necessary every two months to maintain good performance.
