Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Bonsaii will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.Typically, we will update the tracking information within 1-3 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Bonsaii is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Terms & Conditions
Item(s) must be purchased from www.bonsaiishop.com.
Items must be returned within 30 days and include all packaging and contents.
International orders are not eligible for returns.
Returned orders must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before the order is returned to Bonsaii
Please include all used and unused products to receive a refund.
Refund will be returned to the same card when you use to place the order.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except where defective or mis-shipped products are sent.
We do not refund shipping costs in either direction.
Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed.
If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and you don't get it because you’re not there, wrong address, moved without notifying us, and the package returns back to our warehouse, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking , please keep an eye out for the package.
