United StatesC209-D Shredder is good for Home Office uses, can handle 5~8 pieces of paper with ease, bit noisy. Have a slight feeding problem, issue was resolved by Customer Care Representative Mia swiftly. Happy with the product & Services. Since then purchased a second Bonsii shredder C149-C (18-sheet) less noisy and cut more in less time.

United StatesI ordered the C209-D shredder and the day after confirming my order, I got an email apologizing that they were actually out of stock, and would I mind terribly if the sent me a fancier model at no extra charge! Even at the peak of Covid-19, my C220-B shredder was promptly delivered and it works GREAT! Could not be more pleased.

I read some reviews prior and finally decided to give it a try. I have had no troubles with it and I hve been shredding years of outdated documents with it. For a home shredder I don't think you can beat it.
