Cutter Maintenance:
When you notice the shredder is experiencing difficulty shredding, or gets jammed easily, then it's probably time to oil. If you use your shredder occasionally, then oiling your shredder may only be necessary every two months to maintain good performance. We tested Bonsaii 18 sheet model C149-C ($169.99) vs. Bonsaii 20 sheet C222-A ($139.99) shredding machines. Both machines worked great, and are $30 dollars in price difference. Shredding: As you can see on the video the Bonsaii 18 sheet is a bit less noisy and shredder faster. Bonsaii 20 sheet shredders a bit slower and takes longer to shut off. Steadiness: Bonsaii 20 sheet took me a while to assemble. I had a hard time making the motor snap into the trash bin. When you want to throw away the trash, you have to unsnap it and it is a bit difficult. Then you have to snap it back on. Took me about 10 minutes. Bonsaii 18 sheet gave me no trouble. It was easy to remove the trash bin and put it back on. Took me about 2 minutes. Size: Bonsaii 18 sheet is a bit taller than Bonsaii 20 sheet. I am not concern about the size, so this was not a factor for me. Conclusion: I rather pay the $35 dollar difference for Bonsaii sheet 18. Although the other one can shred 2 more sheets, it is not a if deal for me.

Good Product
I've used this to shred a few years of bank and tax records and so far, it's doing a good job. You should purchase the lubrication sheets to keep the mechanism in good condition.

Quiet shredder
this shredder is a huge improvement over my old shredder, especially because it is so very quiet and also takes twice as much paper. I love it. the price was also good comparatively speaking.
